I want to submit a amv and its 17 seconds over the 5 min mark. can i still enter it?

Sorry, I'm afraid I'd have to ask you to figure out a way to trim those 17 seconds in order to qualify for the contest.

But alternatively, feel free to submit it as a non-competing exhibition-only entry and it will probably still be shown during the convention (just not during the contest).

Yes, the editors will receive an e-mail confirmation of which (if any) of their AMVs were accepted into the contest, but I probably won't be able to do that until Sunday or Monday. Sorry about that!

As for your submission info, I think I know what you're talking about, and I'll e-mail you about it.
