Not to sound like a douche but I'd like to know if I was actually placed in the contest this year? I don't see my name anywhere in the list.

You were! That list is just the AMVs that were shown at SMASH! today (hard to show 133 of them in a small time slot).
We had your AMV ready to be screened at SMASH! but at the last minute (and by the order of management) it was cut due to a band that was going to play next (hence, would cause the whole con to run behind schedule). We're sorry about that.

I will have to say the Aussie crowds LOVED the AMVs that were shown in both Screenings and Finals!!
During the finals the crowd gave a big round applause when each winner was revealed~!

l33tmeatwad & snapxynith. The whole crowd loved your AMV with the room filled with laughter! XD
Eake your AMV succeed to have screams, gasp and shock, as you heard in that room.
TBH to all AMVs in screenings and finals, alot of attendees kept coming up to me asking what is the name of particular AMVs shown, hope you guys are proud. :3
Once again a BIG THANK YOU to everyone making the SMASH AMV/Blitz Competition enjoyable! I hope you guys enter again and see you all next year!
