I didnt get my Otakon submission uploaded till just a tad after the deadline.
Sadly also realized far too late that I accidentally uploaded the wrong(bad quality and more) version of my vid.
there goes my chances, oh well.

The pre-screenings went pretty well for the most part. Oddly enough, apparently this "Radioactive" song by Imagine Dragons has gotten a LOT of airplay these past several months.... and also, now we don't have to watch Sword Art Online since that got pretty much spoiled yesterday with a lot of the entries, much like Madoka Magica last year. (Considering how SAO became right around the halfway point, that could be a good thing.)

Every year there is a popular anime that is used often. This is the first time since I've been attending the prescreeings that I recall a song being used so frequently.

For a while, it seemed that at least one person would send in a video set to "A Thousand Miles" by Vanessa Carlton. That, or the theme from Friends.
