I'm probably just being an idiot here, but how do I send out this form? There's no submit button anywhere, and it doesn't let me save it with the stuff typed in.

Hmm... what PDF reader are you using? You should just be able to fill out the form, then click "File", "Save". Works in Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Mac OSX's Preview, and Foxit. Mine was strange in that I could fill in information and save it on my computer at home, but if I tried to access the form at work with Acrobat Pro it would erase everything and come up blank.

I updated it and it looked like it was gonna work, but when I sent it all the inforamtion was blank, so I sent an empty form -_- Time to try this again.
