Well, 6:30AM or not, according to the schedule the contest was July 4th... I seem to be heavily misinformed about how the results will be made public... :D

Look at the schedule you linked. Go to the page for Saturday - Video 1 - the first event of the day.

It's an audience voted contest (like the overwhelming majority of cons do). It takes time to count votes, and you tend to want to announce the results to the largest number of people possible, so they stick a reshowing on another day so a whole new audience can see it. Some cons (like those up here in NewEngland) also toss their winners into packed events like the Masquerade so even more people can see them.

Congratulations to every winner and to the organizators for what seems to have been a succesfull contest!

I hope to see "Testing is the Future" and "50 ways for your partner to die" some time, as they both seem not to be available online as of now.
