Warning! I found someone on youtube who stole first 30 seconds of his video's footage directly from my video that won best in show at AB last year. There's several other part of my vid taken also. This is the thief's video and this is my video.

I am more than willing to bet the rest of the footage in the video isn't this person's either. If you see footage from one of your vids in his be aware that he has plans to submit his to at least one convention. I've sent a letter warning the A-kon staff (The thief mentioned that he planned to enter his into A-kon). And hopefully other contest coodinators will see this.

The name (handle or otherwise) might be useful to other coordinators. I delt with something similar last year and after some investigation managed to find that the person in question had been pulling the same sort of shit for years at a number of cons and there wasn't enough communication to piece it together. (now that guy is banned from 4 cons and another dozen have him on a watch list)

I don't think anyone has to worry about him winning anything with stolen footage based on the videos I saw, lol...
