Should also probably consider having a judge who hasn't been too heavily involved in judging in the past (in any of the communities) just for the sake of bringing in a fresh prespective/wildcard.

Actually I was thinking the same as mister Brisco. But just to make sure that the JCAs will work this time, you should also take someone as a moderator to the Judges just in case

Nya handled the moderation last year, and did a really nice job of it. I don't really see a reason to have another one.
