This is why a list with titles and what anime they used is a good idea. I would also like to say, people tend not to forget about AMVs that make an impact on them, and it's usually not too hard to figure out which video goes with what title unless the creator was really obscure with it.

This is why most contest heads have assistants and recruited help. Otakon does it wonderfully by having the top part of the ballot as a tear off with circles to fill in and the rest is the information that goes with that number.

I mean, you could do that too if you wanted to. You could also have the online portion for the people who sent videos in to vote for, show all the finalist Friday, then have the videos narrowed down for Saturday from the online vote and have the audience vote from the Saturday choices (fewer videos per category with a "simple ballot" vote process?). That would be kinda cool.
