This year we have a little more time, and so we'll take it appropriately. We present you a timeline!
Start - February 19th: Voting judges
February 20th: Contacting judges, getting them together and preparing for the stuff
February 21st - February 28th: Semifinal voting, eliminating videos and adding judge's choices
March 1st - March 8th: Final voting
March 9th: Announcing the winners

There are no other prizes other than bragging rights (as far as I know).
Since I am on a really slow connection I can have problems coordinating. In case that happens, godix agreed to co-coordinate this event. Hopefully it won't be needed, though ;x

Any member (yes, any, including me, godix, etc.) has three votes, equal in power, which s/he can write here in this thread or to my PM. Self-nominations are forbidden.
Any member can opt-out of the judging duty now - in that case any votes for him/her are nullified and the members who voted for them can vote for someone else.
I will try to contact the five judges with the most votes. In case any of them refuses to judge in this event I'll contact the sixth, seventh, etc. on the list.
If I can't get five judges together from the list (improbable, but it can happen) I'll contact some people on my own and ask them if they want to judge.
Every judge watches the VCAs semifinalists videos and then he or she can pick up to three videos from the semifinalist list in VCAs AND one video that's not in the list. The videos from all the judges make up the final voting list. Judges can pick their own videos if they see it as necessary.
Every judge rates the chosen finalists from 1 to [number of videos in the category], where the 1 stands for the weakest video. The points will be added up and the video with the highest number of points wins the category in these JCAs. Judges are not allowed to vote in the categories that include their own videos or themselves.
