So...it seems no one else has asked this question, but why is the the PDF containing the rules and entry form clearly from last year's contest?

I don't get that; I just get an XML error message saying "the specified key does not exist". I assume they caught the error you found and just haven't yet properly uploaded the new file.

Really? Ryan, your video arrived. As soon as it is cataloged and reviewed you will get the formal notification.
Also have received an envelope from R. Keshishian. As of Sunday those are the only entries so far. Only a little over a month till dead line.

It's been edited...unless when they restored the site during the recent upgrade they uploaded the wrong one.
