If it's the one I'm thinking of, couldn't you split it in half or trim the end off? Granted there's not a lot of time to do either...

Unfortunately, as it stands that rule will always be enforced since we want to avoid any legal issues with people ripping shows off of TV stations. But there are ways to remove it or make it look like its not there. You should be able to do a search on the Org and find what you need.
