I still haven't heard or found who won best upbeat if there was a category. I also heard they gave results for runner-up/honorable mention but haven't really found out which ones those are yet. Hopefully they update their website soon.

I honestly would have been happy with a list of finalists for this con. I feel now that I can be waiting for nothing not knowing if my video was even a finalist.

This isn't the only con I see that has dropped the ball in terms of keeping the entrants informed.
Animazement is pretty much the same way.
It's sad, really, when we can't even get a list of finalists before or even during con.

And I know what you all mean, its nice to get a finalist list beforehand, and an announcement of winners within a decent timeframe after the contest. The worst I ever experienced was a contest that didn't post the finalist list up, and then didn't post the winners up despite saying that they would post them on their forums sometime soon. After about 2 weeks or so I emailed them and didn't get a response for over a month only to tell me that they lost the list that they had written the results on. :/
