I must be dreaming...tweeter spam? Forum spam? Where were you guys in the past years when I was ranting?!?! Also, don't do that, that's not funny, if you have something serious against a contest, just don't send an amv next year; it's the best protest you can do.

I do believe some people summoned me here because they were looking for some kind of input. And so I provide the input; in the past years, there has always been an official list of finalist on the amv contest coordinator's youtube channel after the convention (maybe a week or two) so be patient about it since the convention only ended some hours ago. I do not represent Otakuthon and did not attended this year. However, I did had a blog in which the idea came after realisation to the fact that no amv contest around Quebec took the hobby with a more serious tone like in amv communities sunch as amvdefans in the past. With a convention as massive as Otakuthon, I would have hoped for munch more ambition and evolution in the amv departement for the pleasure of the contestants and local contestants, that, I will never hide it after organizing and managing myself amv contests.

I don't know what the big problem is. The only thing I said is I would like to see a list of the finalist. It was just odd that a contest did not post the list before the convention.

If they are going to post a list later on youtube we'll just have to wait until then. I'm sure everything is going to be fine.

I think people are just keeping themselves entertained

But if anyone is seriously thinking of flooding their twitter or facebook with messages, it's not a good way to reach them. If nothing is posted within a week, send the coordinator a PM or e-mail. I'm sure their busy with post-con duties, and they possibly have to get back home and back to work for the week.
