AVISynth Plugin for Adobe Premiere CS4?

Will it ever happen. After I installed Premiere CS4, I uninstalled all the stuff linked to the old AMVapp and installed AMVapp 3 Beta. It identified the location of Premiere correctly but AVS files still didn't load. Did I do something wrong or does the plugin not work for CS4 any more? If not, will it ever?
