going to come out, I decided to revive and repurpose Celluloid as an NLE based on GStreamer's GNonLin framework. I should be able to implement many of the same features and functionality excepting all of the script-based stuff, obviously, but it's not a terrible loss. I'd like to get Xdot finished before I even think of starting serious work on this, but I decided to throw it out there anyway. Stay tuned to the blog or the wiki page for future updates, or discuss it on the forums.

Celluloid is my baby. I started working on it last year, before Bidoche (the sole developer of AVS3) got the melancholy. Originally Trythil was also working on the project with me, but he kind of drifted out of the project. I have no idea if he'd still be interested in working on it.
