Loading problems!!!

Okay I have Sony Vegas Movie Studio 8 right now. The thing is that for over a couple of hours now, when trying loading a file. It stops working. Does anyone who why does this happen?

You need to be more specific. What type of file? etc.

My VF save files. Everytime I load it. It stops working...

VF? I've never even heard of that? I meant what container?
.avi, .wmv? Etc.

I use AVI files in my videos. It worked fine yesturday. Now, it's like, won't work...
When I load the save file I saved from yesturday, it says Sony Vegas stop working...
