Does anyone know how i can delete text from a clip, for example i want to take the text like subtitles off an opening of a anime like Naruto. How can i be able to do that?

Then I suggest you locate a clean opening somewhere. Removing that much text is very difficult.

i believe that guide says something about painting out the subs in each frame...
its a pain in the butt though and locating a textless opening would more than likely be much easier.

if you really want to use an opening, probably the most efficient way is to use photoshop... coloring it over frame by frame... note that this can take up to 1month - 1 year... depending on how much footage you got, in a 5 second clip it will have 150 frames... so good luck on that part...

but i'm pretty sure there's a way around it that most people don't know about. I would try researching it on google, or asking one of your film teachers or any acquaintances you know that are used to film making and editing.

the way around it is to use a textless opening - they can be found on most dvds.
