Sonyvegas Character Shape out

Postby Vanity » Wed Apr 23, 2008 6:21 pm

Hi guys the thing im doing is masking out naruto's body in sonyvegas 8 and i pasted the attributes in a solid red color and i wanted to know if Adobe after effects can do that because the thing is that sonyvegas 8 character cut doesn't add up to the original mask, it looks real choppy and i don't like the way it looks.

I'm assuming you ment keyframes.

And yes, I'm absolutly positive that after effects can do that >_> but it's pretty drastic to get after effects just for that. First try going to Options>quanitize to frame and see if that helps. Also make absolutely sure that your keyframes are exactly in place, and that you're not working with interlaced or blended footage.

But yes, assume after effects can do something until proven otherwise :P

Right-click on the clip, go to Pan/Crop, change "Maintain Aspect Ratio" to Yes.

1.did you try the "quanitize to frame" thing, 2. make sure the aspect ratio is set to yes on both you naruto clip, and your red frame 3. make sure your camera in pan\crop hasn't been moved at all 4. make sure both clips are perfectly aligned on the timeline ( it looks like the bottom layer is a frame or two ahead.) 5. double check your masks and keyframes.

6. please stop ending so many words with "z" (pet peave >.>)
