.. it doesn't matter if its Movie Maker 2004 or Movie Edit Pro 12; they all work the same way.
1) goto the bottom of the screen and set the ZOOM size of the LINE your working on to less than 50 frames being displayed on that line.
2) on the upper TIME track, left click before the frame you want to save .. then left click ( again ) on the frame after that frame you want to save.
.. the Manuals no longer explain this because its "common knowledge" to anyone who use's AiST/Magix programs ... 3) left click on the FRAME you want to save: File, Export Moive, Single Frame as ...
