Recommendations?

I've heard of Adobe Premiere, but somehow I don't think I'll be able to afford it in my lifetime.

So I'm wondering if anyone could point me toward a good quality, low cost, easy-to-use video editor?

Heard of Magix, but danged if I know what version to use or even where to find a good review of it.

Have WMM, and it's the bane of my existence.

You can try Vegas which can average about $200-$300 cheaper than Premiere depending on where you search.

Magix is up to Vol Version 12. You can learn more about it <a href="http://site.magix.net/english-us/home/video/movie-edit-pro-12/">here</a>. As for reviews <a href="http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,1777473,00.asp">here</a>. Check the links on the left side for more options.

There's also Ulead and Pinnacle Studios which also run a little under $100.

look up "out dated" versions of the program like Vegas 6 instead of looking for the newest...

The party never ends I guess :D! But I'm sure it will end sometime, so get it while its available. And don't forget educational discounts (if you qualify) at such sites as:

Wow.

That is a lot of discounts. (I'd forgotten that software for under $50 existed.)
