i know i've read that but a lot of the terms are confusing is there like a vacabulary thing lol? like wat does lossless and lossy and huffyuv mean? And i read that one master tutorial that tells you everything and everytime i understand something the next sentence messes it all up for me its weird but now i think i have it so thanks you guys

There are pictures. Just match up your Vegas settings to what's shown in the pictures. There is no simpler way to do it, period. If you don't want to put effort into understanding the guides (which have a glossary of terms, by the way), then I don't really know what to do. Just read it from start to finish, there's no simpler explanation on the .org.
