Can someone please explain this to me?

Postby xDarkShurikenx » Thu Jul 05, 2007 12:36 pm

All the tutorials on this forum are so confusing I don't get any of them Can someone just tell me in small simple steps? How can I save an amv i made in vegas to an .avi format and keep it under 100 mb?

export in a lossless codec (lagarith, huffy)

make an avisynth script:

avisource("file.avi")
converttoyv12()

load it into zarxgui (see the amvapp beta)
encode.
KioAtWork: I'm so bored. I don't have class again for another half hour.
Minion: masturbate into someones desk and giggle about it for the remaining 28 minutes

There are pictures. Just match up your Vegas settings to what's shown in the pictures. There is no simpler way to do it, period. If you don't want to put effort into understanding the guides (which have a glossary of terms, by the way), then I don't really know what to do. Just read it from start to finish, there's no simpler explanation on the .org.
