Import Vegas project to Premiere

export as lossless and import into the other program..

thats the only way i can think of doing it

Same reply I got at another forum I went to asking this.

Well, for what I'm trying to do specifically doing that would be pointless, some other thread I made recently would explain what I'm trying to do.
