Beside Movie maker is there a soft ware i can make AMV better such as make the clip faster ......

cuz i marocmedia is tat a movie maker?

i suggest you look into pinnacle, if your looking for auto scene detection

I think you can apply the slow or increase effect multiple times in movie maker but thats about it.
