I saw Cosair's tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRm5PXZfwlw and he taught me how to make a mask with a black background, feathered, and expanded.

But the problem is that I don't know how to do it on Sony Vegas. Can anyone tell me how to do it on Sony Vegas?
