Sony Vegas 9.0/Art size question

I'm currently working on art for an MMV style piece and as traditional art i can sketch it any size, however for the purposes of putting it into vegas so it is the proper size when uploaded to youtube (takes up the full amount of the normal sized screen) what are the dimensions I should use for the digital versions of the art?
