Can someone please help me Its very important

Postby flowingtears » Mon Jul 16, 2007 9:55 pm

Well for awhile now my windows movie maker hasn't been saving my projects, well that isn't the problem. Recently I attempted to re-download WMM and it completely screwed up my entire program. Every time i try to run WMM it says it has encountered a problem and to send a report and kicks me out right away. Im really worried. Thanks in advance.

what are your source files? and if they are avi what is the codec?

to get codec information right-click on the video file, and choose "properties" and click the tab that says "summery" it should be listed next to compression and if that doesnt work, get a program called GSpot and drop the file in it

they might be trying to open a project (and you can see where that goes)... try opening it without opening a project?

so without opening a project or anything at all the thing crashes?

you got two options:

1. find a better program and use it instead
2. try to uninstall and reinstall wmm?
