Less files less problems?

Less files less problems?

I was wondering, I have around 70 or 80 episodes between Gundam Seed Destiny and Naruto in my WMM (I just recently put the GSD episodes in) and now it says it doesn't have enough memory to save or something along those lines. Also when it freezes a little but starts responding again, now I get this "operation completed" message that I never got before.

Originally, I had about 20-30 GSd episodes in there and it seemed ok, but then when I started to put Naruto episodes, I would get some issues. I took out the GSD eps to free more space, but I re-put them back in as mentioned above. If I delete the naruto episode I have from my WMM, will it run a bit faster? Or would I have to get rid of the peiosdes from my computer?
