random frames

i posted in the amv section aswell, but i saw this 1 after i posted so i'll post again

random frames keep popping up in my amv, and i cant seem to fix it by deleting the whole clip and putting it back or deleting the first and last frame of where the weird frame pops up

it doesnt look like it happens in wmm but it happens when it opens in wmp.
