I can't even start!!!

Post by kikyo_luly » Thu Jan 04, 2007 8:28 am

-_- It's so frustrating.... Every time I try to add a music file as background music... "There is a problem with Windows Movie Maker...." etc, and Windows closes it. I've reseted my computer lots of times, but it keeps giving me the same problem >.< What can I do??? T-T

It's recommended to only use uncompressed WAV audio files for editing. According to the comments posted here, MP3s with a high enough bitrate (320kbps) should work as well as WAV files. I've never tried importing other types of audio files (.mpa, .mp4, .ogg, .flac, etc.) in WMM, so I don't know what happens if you try.

If the audio isn't WAV, you'll probably have to convert it first. http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/ ... dio3c.html

you should only edit with uncompressed wavs

well I'm using mp3 also in WMM sometimes or rarely but most of the time I use .wma from ripping it in wmp to my music CD

try not to use mp3 unless you have .wav and to convert that
