You're probably not going to be able to do that with WMM, unless you get REALLY creative and *maybe* learn some AviSynth scripting...I don't even know if there's a script out there for AviSynth which moves the camera, and it seems like that would be more trouble than it's worth anyway.
Pretty much any video editing suite (i.e. Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere) can change the camera's position, but I have to ask myself if it's worth it just for one effect, since you'll be spending over $100 to get either one of those (probably closer to $500+ for the latest versions).
