Interlacing Problem on WMM

I know there are a lot of interlacing topics on here, but I need a specific one in this instance.

I just saved my amv onto my computer. Once I watched it after being saved, I noticed the interlacing... what do I do to fix this?

de-interlace / IVTC before you start editing?

that really is the best option, it gets much harder to remove interlacing after you edit and sync everything
