Time Remapping makes effects "broken"
Is there any other way to make gradually slow motion? I've tried time remapping already, but when for example i use 200% for it, any other effects that I attach to video are out of sync, the result of effect isn't where it should be, (e.g. if i use simple crossfade on a video with time remapping on, it crossfades not where i marked).

you should probably try to time remap the clip in a nested sequence and apply the rest of the effects to the sequence in the main sequence with the rest of your clips. That way you can touch up the speed of the original clip however much you want without out changing the speed of the effects since they are applied on a higher level and not directly to the clip getting time remapped.
