exporting videos in high quality
ok i have adobe premiere cs3 and adobe after effects, when i export videos the videos look like trash (the quality) and i was wondering how would i export them to high quality or even HD.

fine details may differ, but the basic practice is really the same
be aware that high quality = high size.
Expect an export a few Gigabytes in size (dunno if that's using lossless or uncompressed. It's been a while since I've exported a finished amv >_> )
