I have started editing a bloody project in Premiere CS3 in DV (stupidly) and the previewing is jerky and horrible.
Unfortunately I am far enough into it that I cant just scrap the thing and start again with video for windows and choose a decent preview codec.
So I am looking to do one of two things - 1) either convert the project to VFW which I can't see an easy way to do. or 2) export all my clips/the project window and then import them into a new VFW project.
Please help me, having to do a full export every time I want to see something is killing me.

Doesn't Premiere Pro CS3 allow you to start a new project with the correct settings and then import the old project file itself into it?
