I can save my entire timeline now, but I can't edit some of it. I tried to put an effect in somewhere, used render work area, and it just doesn't work or show up. What's wrong now?

It keeps going to one area of the timeline when I hit render work area for some reason.

Is the work area bar actually over the area you want rendered?

New problem. I used VirtualDub to convert a RAW that was in DivX codec to Huffyuv. It worked. Now, I'm trying to do that for another one. And it's not working. Any idea why?

We're going to need to know more than "it's not working".

Aha. Well, I load the avi into VirtualDub, select the video compression as Huffyuv, and save it. It does it's thingy and I get the video file. However, it still won't work in Adobe. Adobe still claims it's not a supported codec.

try uninstalling and then reinstalling the huffyuv codec.

on a side note what settings did you use on your huffyuv render from vdubmod?

I didn't change anything, I just selected Huffyuv as the codec and left everything as is.
