Adobe after effects export.

Hey guys i wanted to know what is the best option to export from after effects to sonyvegas? because i usually do is, export a clip from sonyvegas uncompressed and edit it in AE then export that same clip uncompressed and send it back into sonyvegas. is that a good way to do it?

That's what I would do. Either uncompressed or HuffYUV or Lagarith should work. Too.
