After effects crashing -__-

For some reason l can import my 5 cm per second footage into AE but when l try to import "The place promised in our early days" in its a crash.

I tried uncompressed and lag and it still continued to crash ;/.

Any help?

Well, .Avi when taken with Lag.

I checked the boxset and it doesnt really tell me what is it at all.
