My text looks terrible - time for AE?

If you use saturated colors like bright red, It will appear blocky after compression to most lossy codecs.

Really? Oh that's not good. Bright red is my "thing" for this AMV.

What about the "B" though, that's just an alpha channel defining the letter and it became all fuzzy. Right now I'm simply wondering whether it's worth my time to recreate all my text in AE or if I should leave it alone (after I change the color, I guess, darn it...).
