Several Problems

Postby sayian_zz » Sun Jul 22, 2007 9:35 am

1- when I cut a video from VirtualDubMod and compress it using huffyuv codec, the video becomes a little bit slower. ( Huffyuv v2.1.1 -CCESP Patch v0.2.5)
2- when I export movie from Premiere Pro 2 using either Xvid MPEG-4 Codec or Huffyuv v2.1.1 -CCESP Patch v0.2.5 , this messege appears

umm, don't yell at me for this one ... do you "set" the frame rate when using these codec's?

.. I only ask because I got that message once from Magix Pro 12 once and that was the problem. Somehow within my Project's savings I forgot to tell it the Frame Rate!

The answer to your first question is simple: Your computer isn't up to playing such large video files in a media player application - most computers aren't, that's why video is compressed for viewing purposes (and it makes transfer and storage a lot faster/easier as well). For editing, you want your files to be lossless like that though.
