Im new to the whole adobe program after affects and i was wandering how to do the flashes or when the music matches the beat of the music. Like when the clips jump on the beat of the music. I dont know how that all works out...can someone help me? it would be better if you could explain it to me on msn just add me or you can explain it to me on here either way is fine xD

It's a fairly simple thing, but I'd suggest you not overuse it, or overuse the "whole flash to white a bunch in time to the beat" thing :/ I'd recommend just synching clips and letting them do your story telling.

Answer: Whatever program you feel comfortable using. If you've got Premiere, then use that. It's a bit complex, but your other option (if you are using Windows) is Windows Movie Maker and WMM isn't that great.
