Importing Problem

Post by McDoogle-san » Sun Feb 11, 2007 1:34 pm

When i import or try to import a file, it says unsurported audio bitrate which was normal with DivX etc but now it wont import the video either, it just doesnt, doesnt say anything extra. Ive tried it in movie maker and movie maker is alot faster than what it was with divX.

or any editing program for that matter.
click the pic, it'l tell you how to resolve this problem.
(I assume that you mentioning divx means that the footage you are trying to import is encoded with divx)

Need to know a few things.

1) What codec is your AVI file encoded in?
2) Where did you get your AVI file?

gspot is able to analyze your file and tells you what codec it has been encoded with, so no, gspot isn't a codec
