HELP ABOBE 7.0 PREMOERE PRO

HOW DO I save the file so it gets good cuality and small size when i click export-movie then it gets good quality and BGI size like 700-900 mb if i click export-windows media - then it get small but bad quality .. help me

Export uncompressed (it will be huge 3-6 GB most likely)

compress in VirtualdubMod to a worth-wild codec like XviD.
