After Effects CS3 "Initalising User Interface" and shut down

Jeez.. this happened yesterday I installed my Adobe After Effects CS3.
Then it won't open because it is literally stuck on "Initalising User Interface".
It stucks there and shut down itself with a noise.

I had a look on the internet:
I tried: -
Deleting the workspace file/folder in Application Data/Adobe
Re-installing Quicktime
Re-installing FX3

Now anybody knows whats going on?
This is frustrating!
