My Black Cat DVD Textless songs look interlaced, On my TV
This is really weird but I bought "Black Cat" recently and while the show itself plays fine, the DVD segments for the textless openings and Endings look interlaced while the show itself doesn't, and it looks interlaced on my TV, did anyone else have this problem?

I'm keen to think black cat is one of the shows that has a 29.97 full field interlaced opening, whereas the episodes themselves are 23.976 soft telecined. It's not really weird at all, it's actually kinda common, another show with 29.97 op and ed that comes to mind is "Tenjou Tenge," for example.

Is there a setting that I can change on my TV so it doesn't look interlaced? It even looks a little interlaced on my computer when I play it too.

I'm afraid it's just due to a bad interlace flag on the encoder side. Can't do much on tv, but with pc playback you can probably use some ffdshow deinterlacing filter or just blur and sharpen back vertically a bit.
