Just get the MVToolnix, then run the MKV Merge GUI once installed. Click 'add', and chose the first, then click 'append' and chose the second, click it again and chose the third, and so on, and so forth. If you accidentally load, for example, the fourth video before the third, use the up and down buttons to properly set the order of the files. You'll need to fix the order for both the audio and the video, in the second box. If you load them in the right order, you won't need to touch them, though.
