Interlace DVD help

Postby chiu666 » Sat Sep 05, 2009 5:30 pm

This is a non anime movie that I have.
I tried posting this over at Doom9 but they keep closing my thread so I thought I'd try to get some help here.

The movie I have I can't tell if it's a bad PAL to NTSC conversion.
Or if it's some strange hybrid.
I'm trying to get the frames back to progressive.
Autogk says the DVD is FILM.

WHen using assume fps 25, I get blended frames.
When I use nothing it seems jerky.

If you can help me with this can you please post the script you used to.
Thank you so much.
