Hazyyyy wrote:Well considering you've already downloaded it....you shouldn't be using downloaded anime.![]()
Depending on the file type, you should be able to drag and drop it in WMM if I'm not confused.
I haven't used WMM in like 3 years so I can't really remember much of it.
but if your still lost tell me your file type(s) and I'll see how much I can help you.

Specifically, this section will tell you how to deal with footage that doesn't come out of DVDs. You'll have to read the guide from the beginning in order to understand some of the things said there and in order to have the appropriate tools.

But what you told me in that message, you can't edit with rvmb or MKV.
You can't edit anything from Real Media (RVMB or RM) well at least I think so.
Plus I wouldn't even bother to edit with it since the quality is terrible.
Now MKV that's a decent file type.
You just have to convert that into an AVI and your good to go.
And to get a simple converter use this. (Click here)If you can't figure out how to work it tell me, its pretty simple to work.
And like what he said.mirkosp wrote:Read ErMaC & AbsoluteDestiny's Friendly AMV Guides Lovingly Overhauled Largely by Zarxrax

I feel this statement needs clarification. .avi doesn't automatically mean you can edit it (a forum search for "problems with avi" will turn up plenty of hits.) The short answer is you should losslessly compress your avi files (huffyuv and lagarith are common, WMM doesn't like lagarith however.)
Be aware that lossless = big, encoding entire episodes with a lossless codec is not recommended
