technically yes, as the default is uncompressed...but for how large lossless files are, uncompressed is even larger still
you have to download and install lagarith and/or huffyuv, then they will appear in the codecs list.
if you got vdub, you have to go to video-> compression to select the codec you want to use
in vdubmod you can select the codec from the save as avi dialog
lagarith now comes with an installer I think, but huffyuv still needs to be installed the manual way (by right-clicking the huffyuv.inf file and selecting "install")
Lagarith gives you smaller files than huffyuv does, but needs more computing power to encode/decode (though chances are you won't have to worry about this)
Windows Movie Maker doesn't play nice with lagarith, but all other commonly used programs seem to work fine with lagarith.
