Clips from PS3 games !!!

Postby arashi33 » Sat Jun 06, 2009 5:06 pm

Hi ^_^
I'm trying to create a Resident Evil 5 AMV
But I can't get my hands on its cutscenes -__-
I don't have anything that plays blue ray other than my PS3
What should I do?
Can I capture the scenes by..somehow..attaching the TV or the PS3 to my PC?
How can I get the cutscenes with the highest quality possible?

You're pretty much limited to using a capture card (most of which take composite and s-video...both can only give you 480i).

a capture card is something like this. It allows you to connect things, like your ps3, to your computer so you can record them

So I can connect it to any console right?
Will it give me a good quality?

I've checked this card in Amazon but it wasn't given a good rating
Any other better brand?

Dude, Pinnicale is one of the BEST capture card brands around. I personally own one for capturing off next gen systems.

Get one.

I own the cheaper version (v. 10), but I would highly recommend that one!

You don't have to go for the Pinnacle capture devices. There's already a great HD DVR out there:

It's called the Hauppauge HD 1212:
