Fixing field blending on NTSC sources?

So anyway, one of the posts in the thread over in General Video on the beta EADFAG/newest AMVapp says:

Sereenie wrote:Also, that section (for methods 1 and 3) reads, "MRestore should ONLY be tried if you have PAL footage with a framerate of 25 fps. " That's actually not true. At its default values, it does return 25fps footage, but can that can be changed using the numr and denm parameters.

Here is what I mean.

mrestore(ani=true,numr=2002,denm=5005,dclip=last.crop(16,16,-16,-16))

However, my copy of MRestore (from the current version of the AMVapp) doesn't have any of those first three parameters. Anyone know where I can pick up a more recent copy of that particular plugin (or an older one, if those are parameters that have been removed, but somehow I'm pretty sure they're newer than my copy rather than older).

Alternately, anyone know any other good ways of cleaning up field blending on NTSC sources? I totally thought ADV's release of Wedding Peach was fully interlaced for a while, but then I tried just an IVTC and it turned out to be a telecine of a field blended FILM source. It's not a humongous deal if I can't clean it up, as the motion is still fairly smooth even with it, but I'd like to get my footage as nice-looking as I can, and that's the only thing I can't quite handle.

Hooray!

I do feel kind of stupid now because it was probably fairly obvious on one or another of my searches, but now I can start this video. :D
